I explore the intersection between emotions, decisions, and human systems. My work connects emotional intelligence, technology, and leadership to transform how people and organizations understand the emotions behind every decision. I am currently Regional Director for Latin America at Six Seconds.
My story began in law. I worked on legal proceedings linked to the first civil reparations case between Peru and the United States, defending the rights of Peruvian families. That experience helped me understand how formal justice systems work, but it also left me with a deep question: Why are human decisions so influenced by emotions we almost never understand?
After that chapter came photography. Photography completely changed the way I see the world. It taught me that reality depends on the angle from which you observe it. The same situation can have multiple interpretations depending on perspective.
Later I worked in marketing, communications, and business management, holding leadership roles in different organizations. I also launched my own business ventures: some worked, others failed. But each experience brought me closer to understanding how human decisions work within complex systems. In 2013, I began my formal training in Ontological Coaching at Newfield Network.
That search led me to Six Seconds, where I found the scientific foundation I had been looking for: a model that connects neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and human performance. Since then, I have accompanied thousands of professionals and young people in personal development and leadership processes across Latin America.
